NALC

The National Association of Letter Carriers is the largest labor union in the United States servicing nearly 300,000 USPS letter carriers.

Goal

They came to us with a member led mission to be more transparent as the latest contract opens for renew in February of 2026.

1-3 months

We started creating an archive of topic specific video content from regional and national gatherings of the NALC. We rapidly started distributing their refined content across their existing outreach channels, including Meta, podcasts and email blasts.

3-6 months

We honed our content and optimized posts for platforms that would guarantee increased engagement.

The next 6 months......

Looking towards and upcoming national convention, we are building on the content archive we initiated in the previous year and now building a bevy of hard hitting long and short from content that has been proven to resonate with increasingly engaged members.

Results

*Build an approach to social media that increasingly engages 300,000 members with each post.

*Gain increased trust between members and elected officials on the union to ensure the most productive results at the future collective bargaining table.

*Build trust with the leaders of the NALC and Kepka House with proven results from our intensive production of video content. Our content and strategy works. We are proving this and look forward to ever bigger gains for the strength of the union in the coming year.
